TWO PINFIRE LEFAUCHEUX TYPE DOUBLE ACTION REVOLVERS, CIRCA 1870, no visible serial numbers, the first of 5 mm calibre with 2 1/2 in. Liege proved octagonal barrel, open top frame with folding trigger, hinged loading gate and ejector rod, six shot cylinder, originally this revolver was fitted with ivory grips, which we have had to remove to comply with current legislation, action at fault, the second of 7 mm calibre with 3 1/2 in. round barrel, plain open top frame with folding trigger, hinged loading gate (catch missing) and ejector rod, fitted with two piece plain broomhandle style walnut grips. a sharp revolver with some original deep blue finish.
